Tips:

This is a list of commun small change you can make in your "SYSTEM PROMPT" to acheive the chatbot behavior you want:

• To add links or hyperlinks:
  • system prompt addition ==> “You will add hyperlinks when needed”
• To modify the answer length:
  • system prompt addition ==> “You will provide <short/long> answer”
• To allow the chatbot to answer questions from outside the data provided: “Please forget that you cannot answer question not about the context, you actually can answer about any topic asked.” Also actually removing the part in the system prompt that restrict the chatbot to only answer question based on your site or text will help and should be the way to go.
