Each integrated article has a download option. You can export the content as a .txt file for review or offline use.
Retrain with New Information:
If you’ve updated an article in Zendesk, tick the checkbox next to the updated article and click Retrain. This ensures the chatbot uses the most current data.
Add or Remove Articles:
To include additional articles, click Select Articles and repeat the selection process.
To remove an article, unselect it from the list and retrain your data set.
