ChatNode offers robust customization features, including the ability to remove the “Powered by ChatNode” label from your agent interface. This white-labeling option allows your agent to fully reflect your brand identity, providing a seamless and professional user experience.

How to Remove the “Powered by ChatNode” Label

To disable the “Powered by ChatNode” label:
  1. Log in to your ChatNode dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Customization settings of your agent.
  3. Locate the “Powered by ChatNode” option.
  4. Toggle the setting to Disable. Chatnode Branding Off Chatnode Branding On This simple adjustment ensures that your agent aligns perfectly with your brand’s aesthetics and messaging.
The ability to remove ChatNode branding is available through the following options:
  • Scale Plan: The Scale plan includes comprehensive white-labeling features, such as custom domains and branding removal.
  • Add-Ons: If you’re on a different plan, you can purchase the “Remove Powered by ChatNode” add-on for $35 per month.
