The second training option allows you to directly input text, making it easy to provide the necessary details and information your agent needs to learn. By uploading text, you can enrich your agent’s knowledge base, enabling it to deliver accurate and relevant responses. Follow these simple steps:
  1. Navigate to the ‘Data’ tab.
  2. Under ‘Sources’, select the ‘Text’ option.
  3. Click on ‘Add Text’ to begin.

  1. Provide a descriptive ‘Title’ and input the main body of your text.
  2. Click ‘Train’ to process and integrate the data into your agent’s knowledge base.
